Project Partner: Karkonoska Agencja Rozwoju Regionalnego S.A., based in Jelenia Góra, is pleased to announce the recruitment of participants for free training courses tailored for entrepreneurs

I. Internet Marketing Trends

Planned Training Dates: 20.11.2023 or 13.12.2023.

Training Topics:

• AI (Artificial Intelligence), integrating Chat GPT into your business.
• Strategies to optimize and increase online sales, including Google Ads.
• Web positioning and tools for measuring the effectiveness of online activities using Google Analytics.
• Effectively leveraging social media to reach your service recipients.
• Fundraising for the digital development of your business.

II. Cost Reduction, Customer Relationship Management

Planned Training Date: 23.11.2023

Energy efficiency as a factor in reducing business ownership costs, including an overview of available solutions.Topics Covered:

• Fundraising for investments aimed at reducing business costs.
• Handling challenging customers and emotional management.
• Review of best practices and patterns in customer service.

The training is aimed at Entrepreneurs from the SME sector with their seat in the City of Jelenia Góra and their employees who are residents of the City of Jelenia Góra, eager to enhance their competence and knowledge in entrepreneurship.

Applications must be submitted by 15.11.2023 through one of the following methods:

• in person at the office in Karkonoska Agencja Rozwoju Regionalnego S.A. ul. 1 Maja 27, 58-500 Jelenie Góra ( office, 1st floor)
• or by mail or courier service to the Project Office address: ul. 1 Maja 27, 58-500 Jelenia Góra
• or by sending a scan of the documents to the e-mail address of the Organiser's office: biuro@karr.pl (original documents must be delivered within 7 working days from the date of sending scans, no later than the completion of the recruitment).

Applications are registered during the working hours of the Project Office from 08:00 to 15:00

Within the announced recruitment for the indicated thematic block - the recruitment is time-bound. It closes after the specified period or upon receiving applications equivalent to 150% of available training places. The organizer reserves the right to extend the recruitment deadline.

A company may enrol in only one training course, with a maximum of two participants in the training courses organized by the Organizer.
