On April 29, 2023 (Saturday), the Karkonosze National Park, invites the public to join the "Excursion for Senior Citizens and their Families" featuring a Nordic Walking trainer and a knowledgeable employee of the Karkonosze National Park.

We warmly encourage senior citizens and their families to actively explore the environmentally interesting sites around Jelenia Góra during a delightful hike with Nordic walking poles. This time, we will venture through the hills situated close to the city centre of Jelenia Góra, namely Wzgórze Krzywoustego, Wzgórze Zamkowe, and Wzgórze Partyzantów.

The entire tour will last approximately 3 hours and will be expertly led by an experienced Nordic Walking trainer. Each participant will be provided with a set of poles for the duration of the activity.

We will gather at 10:00 AM at the Karkonosze Museum in Jelenia Góra (ul. Matejki 28).
