On June 17, 2023 (Saturday), the Karkonosze National Park invites the public to join the "Excursion for Senior Citizens and their Families" featuring a Nordic Walking trainer and a knowledgeable employee of the Karkonosze National Park.

This time we will walk in the health resort part of Jelenia Góra, i.e. in Cieplice, where we will get to know the hidden nooks and crannies of Park Zdrojowy, Park Norweski and Dąbrowka.

The entire tour will last approximately 3 hours and will be expertly led by an experienced Nordic Walking trainer. Each participant will be provided with a set of poles for the duration of the activity.

We will meet at 10.00 AM at the parking lot at Plac Kombatantów in Jelenia Góra - Cieplice (next to the Grande Roma restaurant).The number of places is limited, so telephone sign-ups are necessary. For reservations and inquiries, please contact Żaklina Antczak-Raj, tel. 607 177 637.

We encourage senior citizens with their families to actively get to know the environmentally interesting areas of Jelenia Góra, which we will visit during a walking tour with Nordic walking poles.
